My Approach

I believe that everyone deserves to have a pleasure eating healthy foods and maintaining a healthy weight . But how ho you know what food is healthy? There is so many ways to lose weight through diets and restrictions but majority of them do not work in the long term. You need to understand some psychology and the tricks that our mind plays on us to be able fully change your relationship to yourself and to the food you are eating.

When my clients say:

"When I loose weight, then I will be happy"

I say that this could be a long and hard way to do it. The batter way is to be happy first and then losing  weight will be just a pleasant side effect of better relationship with yourself so MINDSET FIRST.
